During my recent stay at Hotel Jesmond, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless check-in process, which was contactless and utilized a code to access my room—an ideal feature for today’s travel climate. The culinary experience was particularly noteworthy, as the Foghorn restaurant presented a selection of craft beers and locally sourced dishes that truly embraced the region's flavors. I fondly recall unwinding on the transformative lounge area, which cleverly adapted by lifting the bed away from a wall to create a cozy space for relaxation. The upstairs terraced cocktail bar offered stunning sea views, making it a perfect spot for evening indulgence. Conveniently located near shopping and public transport connections to Charlestown and beyond, the hotel ensured easily accessible adventures. The staff were consistently helpful throughout my visit, contributing to a comfortable experience. While the bedroom was on the smaller side, the overall layout and surrounding amenities made my time at Hotel Jesmond memorable. I would certainly consider returning for another culinary exploration.
